How do I repair an item?

Complete the repair slip and enclose it with the item being repaired. You may ship your item through USPS Registered Mail, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Diamond in the Rough. FedEx and UPS will not insure merchandise valued over $500.00. Do not write Diamond in the Rough on the box for security reasons, only DITR, LLC. For items over $25,000.00, please contact us directly for shipping instructions. Once we have received your item and assessed it, we will be able to provide you with more information.
